ATTENDEE ACCESS PORTAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR EVENT ORGANISERS
Our support team will send you an invitation to login to the attendee access portal for your event.
You will receive an invitation via email. Follow the instructions in the email to login to the access portal
Once logged in you'll see this screen
This is where you will upload a CSV file containing the delegate records for each event. Each portal is linked to its relevant video portal so this is how we will control delegate access to this year's ASM. Instructions for delegates will be provided separately.
To avoid you having to send CSV files to us, you can upload them yourself using the self service attendee access portals. This means you're in full control of who gets access to each event. If you want anyone else added as an admin, follow these instructions
Instructions to add an admin
If you want to delegate the task of adding delegates, you can add as many admins as you want. Once a user is an admin, they can add more admin users.
Login and navigate to the USERS tab on the left. Click ADD ADMIN on the top right and follow the prompts.
The new user will receive an email invite to login as an admin.
Instructions to add delegate records
1. Create a CSV file with the following column headers, making sure they're named correctly and in the correct order
Please note, that the very first column in your CSV file MUST be the email column. You must name the columns as below, no exceptions
Column 1 = email
Column 2 = first_name
Column 3 = last_name
2. Login and click on UPLOAD USERS at the top
3. Drag and drop the CSV file, or click to browse your computer
4. Click UPLOAD USERS on the next screen
5. Once the file is uploaded, click the USERS tab on the left. You may need to refresh your screen to see a list of users
Note that you can edit records by clicking the EDIT tab. You would use this in the situation where you need to update an email address (due a typo or whatever)
You can add delegates anytime, simply create a new CSV file and upload. Duplicate records get ignored. So long as a delegate shows up in the list, they will get instant access - meaning you can add delegates anytime and there's no delay in granting access (perfect for late registrations)
